Our Daily Loops are intentionally prepared for those who love technology — and those who’d rather it just behave itself. Either way, you’ll be looping in minutes. Here are the steps to get you started:

  • Step 1: Choose Your Purchase Type

    Visit the Shop Loops page and select your plan — subscribe to save $10 a month or purchase one monthly set at a time for about $2 a day.

  • Step 2: Download Instantly

    After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a link to download a complete month of MP4 daily loops. Click the link, download the month of files to your computer, and you’re ready to begin.

  • Step 3: Play the Loop

    There are two simple ways to play your Daily Loop:

    Option 1: Plug It In to Your Television or Screen
    Save the MP4 file to a USB drive and insert it into the back of your TV or digital display. Open your TV’s media menu, select the file, and choose Repeat or Loop in your playback settings so your content runs continuously.

    Option 2: Upload to Your Signage Software
    Prefer using presentation or signage software? Upload your MP4 into PowerPoint, Google Slides, or your digital signage platform and coordinate with your other content for a fresh, engaging daily loop.

  • Step 4: Keep It Fresh

    Schedule your loops ahead of time or refresh your USB as part of your morning routine.

    We suggest keeping two USB drives on hand — simply rotate them to keep your screens fresh and your content up to date.

  • How do I access the files after purchase?

    Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with a download link right away. You can also access your files anytime by logging into your account. Each MP4 is yours to keep, ready to plug in and play whenever you need it.

  • Can I use the loop on more than one screen?

    Each purchase includes a single-location license, so you can display it on an unlimited number of tv's or screen within that single location. If you manage multiple campuses or buildings, reach out — we will work with you to offer a multi-location discount.

  • Do I need any special software to play it?

    Nope! Just save the MP4 to a USB or upload it into your existing display or presentation software. It plays automatically — no editing required.

  • Do I pay the same if I buy mid-month?

    You’re purchasing the full current month of daily loops. Even when purchased mid-month, you’ll still receive all 30–31 dated loops — and because the content itself is evergreen (outside of the “Today Is…” slide), you can use earlier loops anytime for extra engagement or conversation sparks.

    As a little thank-you: your first month download will include a few bonus loops to make up for any days you missed. Pro-rating the system would require a tech department… and right now, it’s just a designer with a vision. So, we add loops. 😄

    If you’d like new sets automatically before the 1st each month, choose the subscription option.

  • How long are the loops?

    Each loop runs about 4–5 minutes. You can set it to repeat continuously, cut sections for shorter play, or blend it with your own slides.

  • What kind of content is included?

    Every loop includes a mix of daily facts, reflections, and visual prompts — all designed to engage the mind, spark conversation, and add meaning to the day.

  • How do I access the files after purchase?

  • Can I request customized content?

    Not yet — but we’re building toward personalized options and branded themes for organizations. Stay tuned!

  • Single-month purchase or subscription?

    A single-month purchase gives you one month of content for $59.99 — perfect if you’d like to try it out or use it occasionally. A subscription ($49.99/month, billed annually) delivers new loops automatically each month at a lower rate, keeping your screens fresh and engaging all year long.

  • What happens if I lose the file?

    No worries — just email us at support@yourdailyloop.com, and we’ll resend your download link.
